Rental Periods

The villa is let on a weekly basis during the high season months of June, July and August.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only, with arrival time between 4.00 pm and 9.00 pm and departure time before 10.00 am. If through unforeseen circumstances these times are to be changed, the owner must be advised as soon as possible.

Party Size

The maximum number of people is not to exceed 7, and only those persons whose names have been provided may stay in the property. It is not allowed to park caravans or camper vans, or to pitch tents and stay in them in the grounds of the property.

Garaging

There is no garaging available, but plenty of parking in the grounds.

Laundry

The owner uses the laundry room as a storage room for personal affairs, and it is therefore not included in the rental agreement, but clients have right of access to use the washing machine.

Linen

Sheets and towels are not provided although this can be arranged for a small charge.

Pool

The pool is cared for by a professional who will clean it at least once per week, normally twice, and can be contacted if problems arise.

Please Note: the pool is not fenced and clients with children should be aware of this.

Cooking

There is a gas oven and elements and an outdoor gas barbecue. Also a microwave.

External Maintenance

If necessary the owner or his representative reserve the right of access to carry out essential maintenance (garden, swimming pool, etc.)

Cleaning

The farmhouse will be in an immaculate condition on arrival and should be left in the same condition on departure. The owner reserves the right to demand cleaning charges if the property is not left in a reasonable state. Cleaning can be arranged if one weeks notice is given. Additional charge for this is £50.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of £100 per week is to be included with the final payment, payable not less than 8 weeks before the arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded to the client 4 weeks after the end of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to deduct from the security deposit any losses, breakage or damage caused to the accommodation or contents during the clients stay, and also the cost of extra cleaning required if the property is left in an unreasonable state.

Pricing Terms

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. You are required to take out a travel insurance policy with a cancellation clause, such as Chez Nous/Europ Assistance, which may enable you to recover non refundable monies.
